Teleste Corporation will publish its Financial Statements and three Interim Reports in 2014 as follows:

February 6, 2014 – Financial Statements for 2013
April 24, 2014 – Interim Report for January-March 2014
August 7, 2014 – Interim Report for January-June 2014
October 30, 2014 – Interim Report for January-September 2014

The Annual Report for 2013 will be published during the week starting on March 3, 2014 at the latest.

Teleste Corporation’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Teleste’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
