TELESTE SIGNS A THREE-YEAR FRAME AGREEMENT WITH YOUSEE IN DENMARK

 The leading Danish cable operator YouSee has signed a three-year frame agreement with Teleste, with an option to extend the agreement for an additional period until the end of year 2016.

The estimated value for the next three years is approximately EUR 8 million. Deliveries will start in Q1/2012.

The agreement includes delivery of Teleste’s most advanced fibre optic products to be installed in the access networks throughout the country. This enables YouSee to extend their customer offering of TV services such as Video on Demand (VOD), catch-up and start-over features as well as high speed internet.

YouSee is the biggest MSO in Danmark with more than 1.3 million connected households today. YouSee is a subsidiary of the listed TDC A/S.
