Teleste appoints new Chairman of the Board

 

TELESTE APPOINTS NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD 

Teleste’s largest shareholder and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Timo Miettinen, has decided to step down as Chairman of the Board. At its meeting on October 4th, the Board of Directors of Teleste Corporation selected Mr. Pertti Ervi as the new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Timo Miettinen will continue as a Board Member. 

Pertti Ervi has considerable experience of Board work in several listed companies that operate in the technology and operator field. Previously, he has been the Chairman of the Board at both F-Secure Corporation and Comptel Corporation, for instance. Ervi has also been a Board Member of several start-up companies.
