TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 31.3.2010 AT 10:15 NEW SHARES IN TELESTE CORPORATION ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER A total of 381,000 new shares subscribed in the share issue of Teleste Corporation have been entered into the Trade Register today on 31 March 2010. The shareholder rights will commence when the new shares have been entered into the Trade Register. After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of the Company's shares will be 18,186,590 shares. The shares entered into the Trade Register will be applied for public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 1 April 2010.
